BhagyaLakshmi 24th September 2023 Written Episode Update

The episode begins with Neelam expressing her refusal to allow Lakshmi to stay at her house. Virendra and Harleen try to convince Neelam that Rishi and Lakshmi are the perfect match for each other. They urge her to accept the marriage between Rishi and Lakshmi. Neelam accuses Virendra and Harleen of being ensnared by Lakshmi’s charm, just like Rishi. She scolds Ayush for inviting Lakshmi to their house and questions his authority to make such decisions. Rishi steps in and pleads with Neelam to understand that he owes his life to Lakshmi. He tells her that marrying Lakshmi is his dying wish and begs her to agree to their union. He admits that he loves Lakshmi, but Neelam refutes his claim.

Malishka’s parents confront Rishi, questioning how he can deceive them in such a manner. Rishi apologizes to them and confesses that while he respects Malishka, his heart belongs to Lakshmi. He explains that he cannot marry Malishka and ruin her happiness because they will not be able to lead a content life together. Malishka pleads with Rishi to marry her. Neelam tells Rishi that Malishka’s feelings are genuine love.

Rishi is requested by Harleen to try and understand. Neelam is also asked by Harleen to see the goodness in Lakshmi, but Neelam refers to Lakshmi as inauspicious. Virendra, however, defends Lakshmi, stating that his daughter is not inauspicious, and takes a stand for her. Rishi intervenes, urging them not to argue. He then appeals to Neelam to give her blessings for his marriage. Neelam questions if he is giving her an ultimatum, and states that she has a condition. Kiran questions how Neelam can agree to the marriage.

Malishka confronts Rishi and asks why he saved her. She falls at Neelam’s feet, begging her not to agree to Rishi’s marriage with Lakshmi. Neelam helps Malishka stand and declares that she will not back out from her word. Neelam informs Rishi that if he chooses Lakshmi, he has to leave the house along with her. She presents Rishi with the choice between his love and his mother. Virendra and Harleen plead with Neelam not to torment Rishi with her decision. Neelam asserts that it is time for Rishi to decide who holds more importance in his life. However, Lakshmi interrupts and says that there is no need for Rishi to make a decision.
