Ishan pleads Savi to wake up for his sake and performs her CPR. Reeva is shocked to notice that. She runs to Ishan and says she will perform Savi’s CPR. Ishan says there is no time for that and performs Savi’s CPR. Savi opens eyes and says she wants to go to her family. Ishan says Savi’s condition is bad, they need to talk her to hospital. He lifts her and gets her into car and asks Reeva to drive the car. Reeva and Nishikant stand shocked seeing his behavior. Ishan asks them to drive the car now. Nishikanth drives car. Ishan keeps Savi’s head on his lap and says he will not let anything happen to her. Reeva watches him in shock. Savi continues to murmur that she wants to go to her family. Ishan says he will not let her go anywhere. They reach hospital. Nurse takes Savi to emergency room.
Nishikant asks Reeva what is happening, why don’t she control Ishan. Nurse takes Ishan to Harini’s room. Nishi says Surekha’s concern is right that Ishan will be stuck between Savi and her sister. Doctor tells Ishan that they cannot continue Harini’s treatment in this hospital and he needs to shift her to Pune’s better hospital hospital if he wants Harini to survive. Ishan walks out of Harini’s room. Reeva asks what happened, but he doesn’t respond to her. Nishikant tells Ishan that he paid Savi and Harini’s hospital bills and paid 50000 rs advance, Ishan should return home with them right now. Ishan says he will not go anywhere as Savi lost her family just now and she needs him. Nishi says if media learns about his over concern for his student, they will exaggerate the issue and they will be stuck. Ishan refuses to listen to him. People gather around them. Reeva asks them to stop arguing as people are disturbed because of them.
Ishan sits on a bench silently. Reeva walks to him and asks if he is fine, is there anything that he wants to share with her. Agar Tum Saath Ho.. song plays in the background. Ishan recalls the fire accident incident and thinks if Reeva finds out that Savi’s family died because of him, there would be a big problem. He says he is fine. Reeva asks him to relax and keeps her head on his shoulder. Wardboy walks to Ishan and asks him to hurry up as Savi is getting out of control. Ishan walks to Savi’s room and watches Savi demanding to meet her family. He asks nurse to let Savi understand that his family passed away. He tells Savi that he knows she is in deep shock, but she should also think about her Tai who is fighting for her life and is going trough same pain and needs her the most. Savi hugs him and says she will always take care of her Tai. Reeva silently watches them.
Ishan calls a Pune doctor and asks him to make arrangements for Harini’s admission till the bring her there. Savi thanks Nishikanth and Reeva for their help. Nishikanth says he is doing it for Ishan and not her. Reeva says sir means they had come here for Ishan, but seeing their college student in trouble, he is helping her and her family. Savi gets into ambulance with Ishan. She holds Harini’s hand and recalls promising her to protect her and be with her whole life. She apologizes Harini. Ishan asks her to control herself and offers her water. Savi asks why did Samrudh kill them while she agreed to marry him, she is responsible for her family’s death.
Ishan tells Savi that he wants to tell her something and says he is responsible for her family’s death and Harini’s condition as he had gone there to rescue them and got this messed up, Samrudh got out of control because of him and shot cannister in anger which led to fire accident and her family’s death. He notices her asleep and says it means she didn’t listen anything. He wakes her up and says they reached hospital where her Tai will get a better treatment. She says her Tai is her the reason for her to live and if something had happened to her Tai, she would have died.
Precap: Ishan tells Reeva that Savi’s condition is bad, so he wants to postpone their wedding.
Reeva gets angry and says let us cancel wedding itself.
