Katha Ankahee 1st August 2023 Written Episode Update
Aarav waits for Robin in the club. Viaan was worried to face Aarav, talks to Katha about it. he was worried about being caught; he cannot lie to Kids. Katha asks him not to make her nervous. Viaan suggests provoking the topic with him, there is nothing hidden between Robin and Batman. He ends the calls; Batman runs to him. They hug each other, Batman kisses him. He questions Robin about the cancel Paris trip. Aarav decides to indirectly ask Robin about Katha.
Viaan thinks to ask Aarav directly, but it would be odd to tell that he loves his mother. Aarav asks Robin if his special friend was happy about the cancelation of his trip. Robin refuse, she wasn’t upset. Aarav concludes Katha does not like Robin. He asks Aarav about the special friend for his mother. He wants to know what Aarav would feel if his mother got a special friend. Aarav was speechless. They both sat to eat protein bar. Viaan texts Katha telling that she was right about Aarav not being ready.
In the office, Katha comes to Viaan, he was going for a hug but Katha questions. Viaan asks if everything that happened was a dream, he has is a human and has emotions as well. Katha asks him not to change that sudden. He needs to behave because they are in the office and should be professional about it. Viaan questions because eventually everyone will find out. Katha asks him to wait till then. Viaan can stop him from this but not anything else.
He has set Katha’s photo has his laptop wallpaper. Katha questions, asks if he is teenager. Viaan was bitter and dumb as a teenager, he is compensating for that. Katha tells that intelligent people don’t act foolishly in love. Viaan thinks that people who aren’t foolish in love don’t love. Katha will meet him around 1 o clock for the meeting. Viaan asks if she wouldn’t meet or see him before that. He stops her, reads her a poem.
Ehsan comes to the office; Vanya wants to speak to her, but he ignores. She texts him his application of absence from meeting due to illness. Ehsan was relieved when suddenly he receives a call informing that the Maharani will be joining them in the meeting, and she has wished to meet Vanya.
Viaan comes to Katha’s office to tell that he misses her when Jenny barges in the office. Viaan and Katha stood silent in awkwardness. Viaan tells her that he was discussing work, has become a workaholic. Katha leans under the table to laugh. Jenny leaves. Katha asks him for lunch, Viaan would love to but since the meeting has been cancelled, he should go home and talk to Teeji. Viaan will have lunch with her tomorrow.
Ehsan questions Vanya, she doesn’t look sick. Vanya is sick, the doctor asked her to eat peanuts. Vanaya questions her need there since Ehsan did everything himself. Ehsan insists on her since Maharani will be joining the meeting. Vanaya laughs, says that she will come only if she presents the presentation with him and will take 50% credit for her work as well. Ehsan agrees. Vanya starts choking, Ehsan helps her, she spits on his hand. They both start laughing, Vanya wipes his hand. They both get indulged in an awkward stare, Ehsan leaves.
Jenny comes to Viaan asking for his advice about cake and flowers. Viaan questions, she tells him that it’s Katha’s since its official. Viaan panics, Jenny tells that its in record. Jenny reads that Katha’s birthday is tomorrow, Viaan was relieved. He panics, checks his phone. Jenny will make arraignments. Viaan stops her, he will do it. Since Katha is not a random employee her celebration should be a gift from the management.
Aarav talks to himself in the mirror, asks himself to help Robin knowing that he likes Katha. He needs to do something to get them closer.
Teeji is waiting for Viaan, she will patiently listen to what he has to say and do as Maya told. The doorbell rings, Teeji opens the door to find Aarav standing at her doorsteps.
Viaan comes to Katha, she asks why he hasn’t left yet. He wants to know about the plans for tomorrow. Katha has some discussions on their ongoing projects. Viaan cancels all plans for her, she cannot waste he day in work. Katha questions the workaholic Viaan for saying so. Viaan forgot to tell her about his birthday tomorrow, he has sent an application to change his birthdate.
He is more excited about her birthday, will cut a chocolate ganache cream cheesecake, will receive plenty of gifts. Katha wishes him in advance. In order to spare Viaan some time he will cover the workload today. Viaan cancels everything for her. He knows that Aarav stands most important for Katha, and it’s the most important day for his mother but asks her to spare some time for him.
He wishes her birthday. Katha asks him to go and talk to Teeji, reminding that he skipped lunch for it. Viaan thinks that tomorrow will be beautiful, conversation with Teeji and Katha’s birthday. She asks him to leave, he wants to sit here a little longer. Katha scares him by taking Jenny’s name. Viaan eventually leaves.
Aarav enjoys his burger while telling that her son is his mother’s boss. His grandmother would love to know about it and Teeji will be his grandmother as well. Teeji asks if he would like milk or hot chocolate. Aarav tells that coffee goes best with sandwich; he makes delicious coffee himself. Teeji asks if he came here alone, Aarav took help for him friend who is Teji’s neighbor. He shows him the invitation gift to Katha’s birthday party. Viana comes home, both Aarav and Viaan were shocked to see each other.
PRECAP: Viaan drops Aarav back home. Aarav wants to invite Viaan’s special friend to the birthday party. He introduces Viaan to Katha as Batman. Viaan informs Katha about Aarav inviting Teji to the party. Teji asks Viaan if she is going to the birthday party of his true love.
