Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai : Ruhi’s First Rasoi at Poddar’s!

The Episode starts with Armaan saying I will never try to become your husband, it’s a deal. He shakes hands with Abhira. Rohit asks why this traffic jam. The cousins tease him and ask him for money. Rohit asks how much money do you want. Aryan says 25000rs only. Rohit gives the money. They say 25000rs per person. Rohit says 1 lakh is too much, we will keep EMI. They joke. Manoj says take the money and go now. Manisha asks Rohit to take blessings and go. Rohit gets shy and goes. Everyone smiles. Manisha says Rohit got married, we should think of Armaan. Manoj says yes, guests were asking, why didn’t the elder son marry first.

Rohit comes to his room and knocks the door. He comes in and sees Ruhi. He compliments her. She gets back. He says sorry, did I do anything wrong. She says no, I m sorry, we didn’t know each other one week back, and today we are husband and wife, this marriage happened by my wish but I need some time. Rohit says its an obvious thing, its arranged marriage, I know love eventually happens, it takes some time, why did you get awkward, we will become friends first, will you become my friend. She thanks him and shakes hands. Abhira sees her house and cries. Armaan says it won’t be easy for you, take your time. She says I will come along. He asks her to think. She says mumma isn’t here, what will I do here. She takes her bag. The bag opens. She sees Akshu’s pic and thinks of her. Maa….plays…

Armaan gets Rohit’s message. He recalls Akshu’s death. He cries. He calls Vidya. Vidya asks are you fine. He says yes. She asks did your work complete. He says a lot happened, I have lost. She says but you tried your best, then its fine, come back soon, get a gift for Rohit, you missed his marriage. He says okay and ends call. Abhira asks what will you tell your family about me. Vidya says Armaan lost and couldn’t do his work. Dadi says it might be troubling for us. Vidya says don’t worry, he won’t do anything that insults us. Dadi says find a responsible and nice girl for Armaan. Vidya says yes, you will love his wife a lot.

Abhira asks how will your family react. He says we will know it after going home. Yuvraj is on call. He argues with Sanjay. He says I will not spare Armaan. Sanjay says calm down, I m sorry, it was my mistake, I should have not sent Armaan there, its your mistake also, you couldn’t hide the truth from him. Yuvraj ends call. Its morning, Manisha and Vidya guide Ruhi for her first rasoi rasam. Ruhi says I know how to make kheer. Vidya gets happy. She asks Ruhi not to add raisins, cashews. Ruhi says I will keep separate bowls, I will add sugar accordingly. Vidya praises her. Manisha says I m also the same. Vidya and Manisha tell about the likes. Manisha asks when is Armaan coming back. Vidya says don’t know. Ruhi asks where did Armaan go. Manisha says he is Rohit’s elder brother. Vidya says Ruhi and Armaan are friends, she can call him by his name. She asks Ruhi to apologize to Dadi. Ruhi gets the kheer. Dadi says Armaan is in Mussoorie. Ruhi stumbles. Rohit holds the tray and asks are you okay. She nods. Madhav says Armaan never makes mistakes. Dadi says even you did it.

Madhav says I m sure he won’t make any mistake. Vidya serves the kheer to Ruhi. Dadi tastes it and smiles. She says its really good. Everyone claps. Dadi gives shagun to Ruhi. Ruhi takes her blessings. She says I m sorry for yesterday’s mistake. Dadi forgives her. She tells about Manisha’s grahpravesh. Manisha jokes. Dadi says we love Rohit a lot and can’t see anything wrong happening with him. Kajal says Rohit is Maasa’s fav. Rohit says no, Armaan is her fav, he is so lovable. Armaan and Abhira come to a hotel room. She asks why did you get me here. He says I can’t tell them right now. She asks why. He says my brother got married yesterday. She says you came here for my mumma.
