Katha Ankahee 7th August 2023 Written Episode Update

Aarav asks Viaan about what his special friend had to tell him, Viaan denied her telling him anything. Neerja reminded Aarav about his surprise, and he left. Neerj was extremely happy for them, he hugged Viaan to congratulate. Thinks that they both are meant for each other, she requests him not to leave her alone no matter how much everyone tries to pull them apart. Neerja gets emotional.

Aarav grabbed everyone’s attention; he started the dancing segment. Since the party was thrown by him, the entertainment will begin from musical segment. Katha and her friends will be part of this game as well. His friends ask how they would bring Katha and Vian close by this. Aarav took the trick from Bollywood movies. The music begins, everyone dances, in each round everyone was oust from the game, suddenly Katha and Viaan came close while dancing, exactly like Aarav wanted.

Mr. Garewal interrupts. Aarav and everyone else meet and greet the Garewal’s. Katha invites them in. Farah asks Teeji to stay calm. Kavita meets Teeji and Farah. Mr. Garewal was surprised to see Teeji here. She was invited by Aarav, it came to her as a surprise that Viaan and Aarav knew each other, used to refer to each other as Robin and Batman. Kavita loves it.

Mr. Garewal interrogates Katha about Viaan and Aarav’s friendship. Katha tells that they met in sports club, since the friendship was confined till sports club, no one dwelled in each other’s personal life. Mr. Garewal finds it hard to believe it as a mere coincidence, its difficult for him to believe that Viaan never recognized Aarav as Aaditya’s son. Neerja interrupts, takes them to cut the cake.

Everyone gathers around the cake; Aarav wants to blow the candle and wish with her. Aarav prays for Katha and Robin to unite. After that, the cake was cut and fed to everyone.

Vanya and Ehsan play rock, paper, scissors with the kids. Mr. Garewal notices Viaan and Katha talking to each other.

Viaan asks if Katha is still scared. Katha has something to share with Viaan.

Teeji goes to Mr. Garewal. He is surprised and shock to see Teeji and Viaan in this party, thought that had same interest as his. Teeji share similar thoughts, but Katha change hers, she informs him about Katha accepting Viaan’s proposal. She accepted her feeling for Viaan as well. Katha didn’t leave Viaan alone despite all her lectures. Mr. Garewal shouts at her, forbidding her to speak further. Faraha interrupts, asking them to lower their voices. Teeji questions, Viaan and Katha interrupts. Teeji isn’t wrong, tells that Viaan and Katha love each other. Aarav was happy to know that God accepted his wish.

Mr., Garewal tells that Teeji is no one to talk about Katha. Neerja takes the kids out, everyone else leaves as well. Mr. Garewal wants to discuss the matter out loud, taunts that Viaan couldn’t take any hint, he thought that Katha was alone, forgot that she has a family, a father, and a brother. Teeji questions Katha isn’t a child, she can not be controlled, and since Viaan and Katha are grownups and happy Teeji tried her best to be happy with them until Mr. Garewal falsely accused Viaan.

Mr. Garewal reminds Teeji that Viaan came after Katha, Teeji has no right to accuse Katha of anything. Teeji clarifies to Viaan that she didn’t say anything other than accepting their relationship. She wants to know why Viaan is alone in this, Mr. Garewal is acting like his daughter in law is not a part of this. Mr. Garewal corrects her; Katha is his daughter. Everyone calms Mr. Garewal and Teeji.

Mr. Garewal accuses Viaan of using Aarav to get to Katha. Katha stops him, Viaan did nothing more than bettering their lives, Viaan gave Aarav the support that was missing from his life. Katha expressed her feeling for Viaan, she feels happy with him. If had enough time Katha would have informed Mr. Garewal about it herself. Teeji apologized to Katha, she didn’t intend to get it out like this in front of everyone. Katha was only protecting her son, hoping she understood. Teeji and Farah left, Viaan went after them.

At home, Teeji tells Viaan that she did everything to accept Viaan and Katha’s relationship, but she would never take any disrespect from Katha’s relatives. Viaan corrects that he is Katha’s father, and they are all familiar with Mr. Garewal’s temper. Ehsan thinks that instead of bursting the bubble out they should have let Viaan handle the matter. Faraha questions, they went to Katha’s party despite being uncomfortable since the past incident their sons have found every reason to doubt their intentions. Teeji will not accept her son being publicly humiliated.

Mr. Garewal questions Kavita about humiliation. Kavita thinks that it came as a shock for Teeji. Mr. Garewal Knew everything, tried to stop it and Kavita had issues with it.

PRECAP: Viaan apologizes to Aarav. He refused to continue their friendship. Aarav tells Katha about his clear message to Viaan that he wont be part of a world where his mother can not be happy. Farah meets Teeji and Mr. Garewal with their common concern to not let Viaan and Katha be together.
