The episode unfolds with Neelam questioning Lakshmi about her name. Upon hearing Lakshmi’s response, Neelam suggests that the auspicious name of Lakshmi is ill-suited for her and instead labels her as inauspicious, causing Lakshmi to shed tears. Dadi sympathizes with Lakshmi as Neelam recalls the problems she has caused them. Lakshmi attempts to speak, but Neelam silences her, accusing her of being the cause of Virendra’s condition. Rishi, Ayush, and Lakshmi’s sister join them.
Sonia holds Lakshmi responsible for Virendra’s coma. Lakshmi retorts, stating that she has a tolerance limit. The change in Lakshmi’s demeanor is noticed by Rishi and others. Sonia points out to Neelam that Lakshmi is behaving as if she has recovered and accuses her of driving them insane. Dadi inquires about Lakshmi’s well-being. Karishma and Dadi remark about Lakshmi while Shalu and Bani defend her. Karishma tells them to be quiet.
Rishi calls out to Lakshmi, who turns towards him, reminiscing about his support during her difficult times. She affectionately calls out his name, making Rishi happy and leading to a hug between them. This surprises Malishka. Dadi, Ayush, and Lakshmi’s sisters are pleased. Lakshmi expresses her gratitude to Rishi for his support during her trials, and Rishi declares his willingness to do anything for his love.
Neelam interrupts Rishi and Lakshmi’s embrace, questioning Rishi’s decision to hug Lakshmi despite knowing her role in Virendra’s condition. Rishi defends Lakshmi, asserting her innocence. Neelam and Karishma label Lakshmi as inauspicious. Dadi attempts to defend Lakshmi, but Neelam silences her.
Shalu and Bani urge Ayush to back Lakshmi. Neelam cautions Ayush against it. Karishma requests Malishka to present the evidence. Malishka reveals a video implicating Lakshmi. Neelam accuses Lakshmi of tampering with Virendra’s car brakes. Bani and Shalu question Malishka if she orchestrated this plot against Lakshmi. Kiran pleads with Abhay to protect Malishka. Lakshmi explains that she was under the car to retrieve a doll. Ayush wonders who could have placed the doll under the car. Malishka deflects the issue by blaming Lakshmi. Shalu and Bani stand up for Lakshmi and ask Rishi to speak up. Malishka urges Rishi to face Lakshmi’s reality.
A nurse suspects something amiss with Virendra and goes to inform the doctor about Virendra’s movements. The police arrive at the hospital with a mechanic to take Virendra’s statement. The inspector discloses to the Oberoi family that the mechanic reported the brakes were sabotaged, indicating a deliberate murder attempt. Rishi assures the inspector that they will notify them once Virendra regains consciousness. The inspector concurs and departs.
Lakshmi tries to convince everyone that she attempted to save Virendra. Neelam scoffs at her. Malishka labels Lakshmi as inauspicious and blames her for her parents’ death and Virendra’s condition. Shalu warns Malishka not to overstep her boundaries.
