Katha Ankahee 12th December 2022 Written Episode Update

The episode begins with Katha and Rewa going to an NGO with the hope of getting help. On their way out Rewa assures that they will talk to the trustee for help. Katha distributes sweets among the children playing there. They sat on the footsteps; Katha questiones her luck. the long list of children seeking help amazes her. She can not ask another mother to let her save her son first. Katha receives a call from a company offering to grant her a loan only if she shops for 50 thousand.

Katha suggests getting a loan from her company. Rewa reminds that they lied about Katha being a mother to get her this job, everyone in the offices thinks she is single. She requests Katha not to mention Arav or she would lose this job. Katha doesnt care, she is more desperate to get help for her son right now. Rewa tellls her about Jetu sir, he is a senior employee who has helped a lot of other employees. She is sure that he would be of help.

Jeetu is dealing with employee who is questioning her termination letter. Jeetu tells her that the company did not find her upto their expectation for the job. The woman argues, she calls Vivan a woman hater. Jeetu refuses to hear anything disrespectful about Vivan or would tag the woman unprofessional that will cost her all-other jobs in this city. The woman left saying that Vivan should have not humiliated her. Katha heard the woman. The woman was denied access, the employee at the lobby asked her to take the exit.

Jeetu is in shock to hear the amount Katha was asking a loan for. He tells that Katha is not even permanent here. Katha has plans on how to return the loan Jeetu advise her not to put her career at risk for a loan, other than that, company policy does not allow to lend loans to temporary employees. For now, Jeetu can only wish for Katha to get permanent. Jeetu asks if everything was alright, if anyone was sick. He knew that Katha’s parents passed away and she was single at he moment. Jeetu was helpless.

Katha receives another call; she asks if they could get her a loan for 1 crore. The man on the call is ready to pay her. He introduces himself as Anil Varma, the MD of Pyramid Global Architecture Limited. Katha apologizes. Anil asks about the loan, it was a huge amount, but he can arrange it for her. He knew where she works and her need for money was urgent. He invites her to meet him in his company which isn’t far away. He informs the person behind him that Katha is on her way.

Katha enters the office. Vivek greets her. Anil welcomes her to the office. He was about to call for some lunch. Katha refuses: she was here on a short break. Anil praises Katha’s designs and work. He asks her about the Dubai heritage project which Mr. Abdali presented to the Sheikh. He congratulates her for it. Vivek wonders why she was still an employee at prohibition in Earth Con. Anil tells Katha that he wants to offer her a job here, Vivek’s current position as lead designer.

Vivek asks her not to worry, he is promoted as new partner at Pyramid. He assures that Pyramid knows how to value their employees. Anil guarantees that Katha’s salary would be enough for her to never ask for any loan. Katha replies, she has ongoing projects in EathCon which she can not leave. Anil tries to convince her to leave, she was there temporary who already proved her talent. Katha defends Eathcon, says that they are nice to her. Anil asks if they are nice enough to offer her a loan for 1 crore. Anil will give her better salary and the loan. He asks Katha’s demand; he will fulfil it right away.

Katha senses that this is not coming for free, questions about their need in return. Anil tells that they want her designs for Dubai Heritage Project. Meanwhile an assistant brings Anil a cheque that he signs and hands over to Katha. It is the loan for 1 crore. Katha recalls her urgent need for that money. Anil assures that she would be given enough time to return the money. Vivek reminds that life offers very few opportunities to get us what we want. Katha agrees, she is in desperate need of that money more that their need of the designs for Dubai Heritage Project. Similarly, she has no idea what her colleagues needed.

Some may have their back loan, their child support on the revenue generated from that project. She cannot solely decide who gets the profit. Vivek questions her for caring about everyone’s problem. Katha clarifies as it a matter of loyalty. Anil appreciates her yet ask her to decide, it’s a matter of 1 crore. Katha knows that bribe will only cause her burden. She would rather choose honesty over that burden. Katha gets up to leave. Anil asks her one more time, offer might not stay valid till tomorrow. Katha refuse on EarthCon’s behalf.

Katha struggle to cross the road, she screams in pain remembering the doctor’s demand for money. She receives a message from Dr. Amit about having the money arranged. She calls Nishat hoping that he might have any lead. Nishat apologizes, every bank asks for collateral, surety which they cannot offer right now. Kata questions, she wants the money for her child not to build a home or buy a car. Nishat didn’t know how to help Katha, says that the back only care about money and number. He tells her again that getting a loan without an asset is impossible. Katha requests her to do all that he can, she needs the money this week. Jenny calls Katha informs that Vivan is asking for Katha.

Katha reaches the office. Jenny asks Katha to go to Vivan’s cabin, he is waiting for her.

A caller informs Vivan after which he bursts out in anger as someone is informing on them. Vivan tells that Abdali got a second code from Pyramid. It isn’t possible for Pyramid to get such information; it cannot be a coincidence. Vivan accuses Pyramid of plotting and scheming. Ashan asks him not to worry, Abdali already gave them this project. Vivan can not take this lightly, or they will lose this project. Katha while walking in Vivan’s officer hears him saying that someone form their office is informing Pyramid. Vivan notices Katha standing there, he stops.

PRECAP: Mrs. Agarwal comes to meet Arav. Arav asks her mother if Mrs. Agarwal is her grandmother. Reet hopes to give birth to the only grandchild of Agarwal family. Nishat informs Katha about a charity fund. Katha makes a video requesting people to donate money to save Arav’s life.
