Katha Ankahee 9th June 2023 Written Episode Update
Viaan calls Ehsan asking if he did not tell anything to his mother, Ehsan says he himself does not know anything so what is he going to tell them, Viaan informs they are going to tell their families that they have a meeting in the office so the entire core team would have to stay here, Viaan says that this means Farah aunt would have to go to his mother and even Ehsan cannot go back home, Ehsan replies he will stay in a hotel room, he leaves assuring there would not be any problem.
Ehsan tells Jeetu Bhai that no one should find out anything about it, and both Viaan and Katha would be first tested.
The team isolate the office cabin, Katha sits first to draw the sample however Viaan gets really scared, Katha asks him to go but he says he is scared of needles, the official assures it is just a small prick which is not going to hurt bu Viaan is not convinced. Katha explains she needs his help because her son is constantly calling her and so what should she tell him as he knows how to handle with Batman. Viaan suggests she must answer the video call and go to the corner, while he will play any old video so it does not seem made up. The official mentions that it is done, Katha explains it was nothing to be worried about, Viaan is relieved. The official then asks them both for the swap test.
Aarav is trying to call Katha and then tells Mr Garewal that this has never happened but his mother is not answering the call, Mr Garewal tells that she would be busy, he asks Aarav to go and wash his hands as his grandmother has made a special dish for them, they all rush to wash their hands. Misses Garewal calls Seema instructing her to serve the chickpeas while put the oil for the bread. Reet tells Mummi jee that what she said came true as something is surely brewing between Viaan and Katha, she explains Katha could have refused to work late today but she preferred to stay with Viaan. Mr Garewal gets furious questioning Reet about her behavior, he says she should never blame Katha as she is a single mother who is trying to balance her work and personal life. He says that she has to raise her children and this is what the teaching she will give to her children. Reet leaves when Yuvraj says he has tried a lot to talk some sense into her. Kavita tells Garewal that he could have been a little polite, he tells Yuvraj to go and tell Reet that he did not mean to scold her but she must also let go of this childish behavior.
Viaan suggest they both should inform their families, he explains he will play an old video so that it seems true. Katha informs they must take off their masks, Viaan replies he will be in an audio call so it does not matter. Katha makes a video call, greeting them when Aarav gets angry saying she is still in the office and forgot about the dinner plan. Katha replies she did not forget it but there is something important for which she would have to stay in the office, Teji is also shocked when Viaan informs that even one other company is racing for this project so the entire core team would have to stay in the office. Teji gets worried when Farah also comes to the house. Aarav gets angry mentioning they had a plan. Mr Garewal says that one day Aarav would be busy in his office work when his mother will call which is the meaning of life. Viaan also asks his mother to enjoy herself and watch a movie today, Farah also says that she has even brought a bottle of wine.
Katha smiles saying that tonight Aarav is going to enjoy a lot, Mr Garewal asks Katah if they can keep Aarav with them today, Katha agrees to it, assuring that Aarav will have a lot of fun with his cousin and Grand parents as he will not get back this time, Aarav is still not happy but Mr Garewal forces him so he agrees only on the condition that he would be told stories about his father and uncle. Aarav says that his mother should come back before he wakes up.
Katha gets emotional when Viaan is also worried looking at her but he suddenly starts coughing, katha asks if he is fine, he says he is fine for now but they must stay away just in case it becomes serious, he asks how is Aarav, katha replies he is fine and with his Grandparents. Katha keeps staring at Viaan.
Farah praises Julie informing that she really likes pizza, she tells Teji that they both have just spend their lives around Viaan and Ehsan but now thinks they should spend their time enjoying. Farah questions Teji what has happened to her, she asks if Teji has found any other Farah. Teji says there is only one Farah that she knows off, Teji is worried that Viaan and Katha would work together and spend a lot of time together, Farah informs that Katha and Viaan are both working in the office and she does not have to tell Teji that Viaan is crazy about his work.
Katha notices Viaan is tensed so asks what has happened to him, Viaan starts panicking questioning what would happen to his mother as she has never lived alone in her life, and who would take care of her. Katha explains that they both would be affected as they were in the meeting together, she asks him to come and take of the mask revealing that should only think about how happy they will be once they meet their families. Katha asks Viaan if he is with her but he does not respond, she angrily asks him when he says that he is listening to her but just go scared, Katha replies she also got scared but realized when she has no idea about it then there is no reason to be worried.
Yuvraj comes to sit besdie Reet asking for whom is she causing problem with this behavior, Reet says she is always compared with Viaan. Yuvraj expalins that his father was not comparing her but it is the truth that they have the entire family while Katha is alone in this world and has very different priorities in her life. Reet once again says she knows about her priorities, Yuvraj tries to convince her but she requests for some time alone.
Viaan asks what would she do when she meets Aarav, Katha explains she will hug him until he gets irritated by it and demands that she leave him after which she will take him to his favorite gaming zone and enjoy a lot. Katha asks if he is feeling better, Viaan gets tensed after receiving a call so he goes to sit on his chair, Katha asks what has happened but he does not say anything however she sees his heart beat, she once again questions Viaan.
Farah tells Teji that if Katha has to leave to earth con due to any reason then surely Viaan will forget about her after a while.
Precap: Katha tells Viaan she wants to eat the dish prepared by her mother in law, they get the food. Viaan while eating explains he does not want to stay alone in his life and desires that those whom he loves stay around him. Katha and Viaan both start dancing in the cabin, the official arrive mentioning that the test result are negative. Viaan and Katha rejoice.
