Yeh Hai Chahatein : Kashvi Goes Against Arjun !

Arjun’s lawyer tells that Pradyuman bought that land as he has proved that he is a farmer. He asks Mahesh if he is saying right. Mahesh is silent. Jagdish asks Nitya who gave this info to their lawyer.Kashvi says I gave him this info. She says I came to know that we can get back the land without any fight and that’s why I asked Arjun repeatedly not to go there and don’t talk to Pradyuman, but he didn’t listen. Nitya says you shall say what is right for Arjun. Jagdish says Nitya is right.

Lawyer tells that Pradyuman has no rules and values, and has provoked Arjun to raise his hand on him. Pradyuman’s lawyer asks Servant to give his statement. The Servant tells the court that Arjun got angry and attacked Pradyuman, and then he himself took him to hospital. Pradyuman’s lawyer says Arjun pushed him intentionally to kill him. Arjun’s lawyer says no and asks Servant if he saw him pushing Pradyuman. Servant says no, I was not there, but when I heard the voice, I ran there and saw Pradyuman fallen down. Arjun’s lawyer says so you didn’t see that Arjun had attacked Pradyuman.

Servant says yes. Lawyer asks him if Arjun, Mahima and kashvi haven’t taken him to hospital and says Kashvi herself informed his wife. Servant says yes, they took him to hospital and was there till then treatment starts. Lawyer says if Arjun wanted to harm Pradyuman then wouldn’t have taken him to hospital or informed his wife.

Nitya says this is great, now they have nothing to argue. Jagdish says you are right. Pradyuman’s lawyer says first Arjun attacked my client and then he got him admitted in the hospital, so that nobody doubts him. Dadi tells the story of Savitri and Satyavaan and tells that every woman is an avatar of Devi, and takes avatar of different goddess for her husband and family.

Romila says today is Kashvi’s test also, and says she shall save Arjun like Savitri. The lawyer tells that Arjun attacked my client and calls Kashvi to the witness box. Nitya tells Kashvi that they are winning the case, but everything depends on the case and Arjun’s life is in her hands. Jagdish asks her to be wise while giving the statement. Kashvi goes to give statement. Pradyuman’s lawyer asks Kashvi to say what happened there.

Kashvi says she had come to know that Pradyuman had taken that land from farmers by lying, and that’s why she went to Pradyuman’s house to inform Arjun. She says she saw them fighting from standing outside. The lawyer says that means you was not in the room when the fight was happening. Kashvi recalls their words. Arjun says time has come to tell to save me.

The lawyer asks if you saw Arjun hitting Pradyuman, or have seen the latter provoking the former. He asks her not to forget that she has sworn on Gita. Kashvi says I was not there when Pradyuman was pushed. Arjun’s trust breaks on Kashvi. Kashvi says when I came inside, Pradyuman was already injured. Mahima thinks we have lost the case because of this girl. Pradyuman’s lawyer so you are not sure why did he attack Pradyuman? Kashvi says Pradyuman provoked Arjun to beat him and says Arjun will not fight with anyone unintentionally.

She says she was not there, but knows her husband well, and says he will not attack anyone intentionally. She says Pradyuman was harassing Arjun since he started the biogas project. Pradyuman’s lawyer tells that Kashvi said herself that Arjun had motive to kill him. He says we all know Arjun bajwa’s anger issues. Kashvi says I didn’t say that Arjun have done this, and says it was an accident. She says he is my husband and can’t do this.

Pradyuman’s lawyer asks if her husband don’t get angry. Pradyuman’s lawyer asks Kashvi, if Arjun will not do anything if Pradyuman misbehaves with you. Arjun gets angry and says I will kill him, and will break his hands and feet. He tells Lawyer that he is harassing Kashvi and says he will not leave him. Kashvi asks him to calm down.

Pradyuman’s lawyer tells that this is Arjun’s anger and says he attacked Pradyuman and knows that until he is alive, he can’t get that land and his hardwork would have ruined, and that’s why he attacked Pradyuman. Mahima comes back after going somewhere. Pradyuman’s lawyer says Arjun attacked him, as his project was halted because of him.

Jagdish tells Kashvi that she would have lied and says he will never forgive him if Arjun gets jailed today. The judge says Arjun is guilty and the way he behaved in court, it is clear that he has no control on his anger and that’s why he will be punished. Mahima asks Judge to stop and says she wants to tell something to the case. Nitya gets worried. Mahima says I was silent since a long time, as I was scared.

Judge says you will get protection and asks her to say fearless. Mahima says nobody knows what happened that day, and says truth is that Arjun had hit Pradyuman, but to save me. She says Pradyuman attacked me and tried to kill me. She says they had a past and have a relation. She says she had went to Pradyuman with Arjun, but he demanded that she shall spend a night with him…

Precap: Judge is about to give the verdict. Romila taunts Kashvi for letting her husband in jail. Arjun blames Kashvi and says he will not stay with her in the same room. Kashvi says she will leave the house.
