Katha Ankahee 6th June 2023 Written Episode Update
Viaan is surprised to know that Katha brought it for him, is specially for him. Katha brought it for everyone, Viaan asks why so little. Katha thinks that prasad is consumed in low quantity. Viaan eats the rest, Katha asks him not to worry, no one will know about it.
At night, Katha leaves the office to get a cab. Viaan is leaving as well, sees Katha and asks if she is waiting for a cab. Katha tells her that the cabs have been canceling on her today, he asks his worker to find a cab for Katha. She looks at Viaan’s car, he notices as well. Viaan asks if Katha noticed the nervousness of intern on calls, office and site work is different, they must be stressed.
Viaan thinks that Katha made the right decision by exposing them to pressure. Viaan thinks she is unable to find a cab due to high traffic. Katha sees a cab approaching, asks Viaan to drop her. They sit in the car, Viaan worker informs him about the cab. Viaan asks for Katha’s permission to drop her. He sends his worker to take the cab home, he takes his wallet and leaves.
On their way home Katha agrees that intern were instress, Viaan asks her to talk about something else. He hopes that she doesn’t find him arrogant. Katha doesn’t think of him that way anymore. She tells that outside work she has Neerja and Aarav like Viaan has Teji. Viaan adds Batman to the list as well, a bond not by blood but by friendship. Katha questions him about his true love, Ehsan. They both laugh. Viaan agrees, Ehsan has been a part of in good and bad, despite everything they have stayed together.
Viaan tells that a lot of girls came between them, clarified that the Ehsan brought the girl. According to plan they will enjoy their seventies in their farmhouse discussing their future. Katha is amazed, she wants the same. Viaan wonders who doesn’t, asks her to imagine taking care of nature and adopted dogs. Katha recalls Aarav having the same tree. Viaan will have his friends at the farmhouse as well, Katha might visit him there, she would be an architect goddess by then.
Katha thinks she might retire earlier, owning a small coffeeshop in a small town. Viaan loves it, asks her to open a farmhouse as well, sell snacks that he will make. A journey from EarthCon to EarthCafe. Katha loves the plan, no one has seen the plan, she believes in living today because no one knows about tomorrow, it’s better to have fun in the present. Viaan tells that he had a pessimistic outlook on life but now finds happiness in little things, even a perfect omelet, loves rain, waits to meet Batman, holding Nina vanishes all his tension.
Katha appreciates it, he is floating now, all free, the best feeling. She thinks that if something isn’t getting to him, he must push himself towards it, some miracles happen, some needs effort. Katha is saying with experience, there was a time when life was taking her towards darkness, she would have got lost in it. She thinks that waiting for everything to come to him is not necessary as well. Viaan thinks that waiting for something special is not wrong. He takes a different route to escape the traffic.
Viaan sees an ice cream shop he used to come to with his father. He was amazed to see it still there, they used to eat all flavors to choose the best one. Katha asks if he doesn’t come here now. Viaan never visited the place after his father. Katha questions, if Viaan avoids roadside vendors after becoming an executive. He clarifies, reminds her of having dinner with her near roadside café on highway. Viaan wills to change his impression, they will follow his father’s traditions. Katha cannot eat every flavor; she will have everything except Pista. Viaan questions, pista is their specialty.
Viaan introduces himself to the vendor, reminds the man about him and his father coming to his stall. He gave the man a nickname, cool uncle. The man remembers Viaan, they hug each other, Viaan praises his ice cream as the best in whole world. They share stories with each other. He gives Viaan his favorite ice creams with some new flavors. He takes Katha aside to eat.
He shows her his favorite flavors, there is an addition of new flavors as well. Katha tells that she eats ice cream in stress but has never seen more enthusiasts for ice cream than Aarav, Aditya and now Viaan. Aarav thinks that ice cream is the best human invention. She continues eating on flavor she likes, Viaan orders it for her. He asks Katha about her adventures with Aditya.
She tells him how they took a break in Sitara where she dared him to jump in a pond, he took a look but stepped back but Katha jumped. Aditya jumped to save her, came out crawling on her back. It was fun but she felt bad because Aditya didn’t know how to swim but jumped in to save her.
PRECAP: Viaan and Katha enjoy the night waking near the beach. At home Katha sings to music while cooking Aarav’s favorite meals. He wishes for her mother to stay happy forever.
