Anupamaa : Anuj – Anupama Go Their Separate Ways !

Anuj tells Anupama that he couldn’t see Little Anu crying and pleading him not to leave them alone. He says he cannot forget Maaya’s condition and Little Anu’s pleas even now and wouldn’t have forgiven himself if something had happened to Maaya, even now Maaya is not fine and hence he is obeying her each order. He says he doesn’t know how he managed this one month in shock, panic, guilt, etc.; he is sorry for hurting her.

He takes god’s oath that he didn’t have any intimate relationship with Maaya and is just protecting her as Little Anu’s mother; he was worried that Maaya’s mental condition would worsen if Anupama had visted him in Mumbai and just wanted to keep her away from Maaya’s madness. Anupama asks him to stop. Anuj says he belongs to her and will always be because he loves only her. Tere Liye Hum Hain Jiye.. music plays in the background.

Maya panics fearing Anuj and Anupama must have met and asks Barkha to call Ankush and find out where Anuj is. Barkha calls Ankush and asks where is he. Ankush jokes he is in her heart. Barkha asks where is he physically now. He says in a business meet and he can’t reveal anything further when her phone is on speaker and someone is around, she knows that he needs to safeguard some business secrets, etc.

Anuj continues to apologize Anupama. Anupama hugs him emotionally. Tere Liye Hum Hain Jiye… song plays in the background. They recall their romantic days. Anupama asks why did he suffer alone and didn’t share his sorrows with her, didn’t he trust his Anu. They both cry profusely hugging each other.

Anuj says he is relieved that everything is clear now. Anupama continues why he sufered alone. Anuj says he was afraid that she wouldn’t listen to him and start hating him. Anupama says she can hate herself but not him and if he continues repeating same, she will really not talk to him for life. Anuj says he did what was necessary at that time.

Anupama says she understands that sometimes they have to take a decision, but time is the biggest constraint and they have to take a decision according to the time and situation; she would have also taken similar decision if she was in his place, everything is clear now. Anuj asks what next, is there any solution for this problem, they both can’t stay away from each other forever, etc.

Anupama stops him and says he can’t leave Maaya and return to her, time opened a path for him which he is walking on, similarly time opened a path for her which she should walk on; time gave her 2 paths, one she has to wait for him indefinitely and become a stone; a woman is taught to wait and not move on, but she has learnt to move on; she doesn’t have any complaint against him, he has taken a responsibility to take care of Maaya and she will take care of herself;

They are better than people who don’t get love in life but togetherness, but they got love if not togetherness; he moved on and even she wants to move on. She says it’s very late and family must be worried, so they should go now. She says she will go home alone as he filled courage in her. Her pallu gets stuck in his watch. She frees it and walks away. Tere Liye.. song continues to play in the background. Anuj walks in a different direction.

Precap: Anuj focuses his car’s headlights towards Anupama and then walks towards her. Maaya panics and accuses that Anupama wants to snatch Anuj from her. Vanraj says Anuj is behind Anupama instead.
