Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 6th April : Savi Gets Panic Attack !
Nurse informs Savi that just like she used to call her daily to know about Harini’s condition, her husband also use to call her and know about Harini ‘s condition and even used to visit often. Savi says Ishaan sir didn’t inform her about it. Nurse says a person puts efforts for his/her family, Ishaan went out of the board. Savi recalls Ishaan’s efforts to save Harini. Harini shakes her finger. Savi notices that and brings Ishaan and doctor to notice it again. Doctor checks Harini and says looks like treatment change is working on Harini, maybe she will get well soon in a month. Ishaan says he told her that Harini will be fine soon. Savi say it’s his effort.
Ishaan sitting beside Harini recalls her requesting him not to inform Savi that Samrudh was trying to shooting at him and insisting him marry Savi and Savi telling once her tai gets out of coma, their marriage will end right then. Savi brings coffee for Ishaan. Doctor comes for Harini’s routine checkup and tells them that Harini is recovering well and asks them to leave as visiting hours are over and hospital doesn’t allow relatives in ICU for long. Ishaan thanks him and leaves with Savi.
In car, Rim Jhim Gire Savan.. song plays in the background. Savi recalls nurse’s words that her husband used to inquire about Harini’s condition and used to visit often, Harini is alive because of Ishaan. Ishaan asks why she is so silent, she is acting as if she is caught in exam. She smiles. Rain starts. Ishaan says it feels good when rain starts in summer just like an old note is found in their own pocket. Savi thinks Ishaan gets happy in simple things.
Car stops suddenly. Ishan walks out of car to check and thinks he needs to call a mechanic. He tries to open the door and finds it locked. He tries to open it with a key and key falls in a gutter. Savi gets upset and scolds him. Ishaan says she can open the door from inside instead of arguing. She tries to open the door but fails. Ishaan thinks why doors are not opening. They try their best but fails. Savi asks how will she get out of the car now. Ishaan says they have to wait till the morning till mechanic comes.
Savi asks if she will be stuck inside the till the morning. Ishaan says yes. She says she can’t. He asks her to relax while he goes and checks the surroundings. Savi gets a panic attack recalling a plane hijack incident in which her parents died. Ishaan returns. Savi asks him to get her out of the car as she is suffocating and can’t breathe. Ishaan says don’t tell him that she is claustrophobic. He brings a stone to brake the glass. Savi pleads not to hit her.
Ishaan throws stone and tries to divert her attention by playing antakshari with her. Savi’s continues to panic. Ishaan assures her that he will not let anything happen to her. Ishaan sings Na Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai. Savi repeats and says she can’t. Ishaan sings his favorite song Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein.. Rain starts again. Savi asks him to go into shelter. Ishaan says he will not leave her alone and asks her to try to sleep. She falls asleep. Ishaan stands in rain continuing to sing a song.
Next morning, Ishaan wakes up Savi and asks if she slept well. Savi asks if he was standing here whole night, why didn’t he go under a shelter. Ishaan says he wanted to protect the queen. Prateek reaches to help him.
