Out of flashback, Virat refuses to let Sai treat Vinayak. Pakhi asks when he didn’t have problem with Sai when he didn’t know about Vinayak’s doctor aunty, now he doesn’t want him to meet Sai and Savi when he is craving to meet them. Virat says Vinayak will learn to live without Sai and Savi. Pakhi asks him to give Sai one chance to treat Virat. Ninad backs Pakhi, but Ashwini backs Virat and asks her to send Sai away.
Virat asks Sai to leave and pays her travel feeds to come there. Sai tears his cheque and says no money in the world can buy Dr. Sai, she came here for a mother as she herself is a mother and knows a mother’s feelings when her child is in pain. Pakhi tries to calm him down and then says as a mother, she will not compromise on her son’s life and is ready to go against Virat to let Sai treat Vinayak. She requests him to stop his hatred for Sai and thinks her as just Vinayak’s doctor and not his ex-wife. Virat asks if she thinks so and continues to expell his hatred for Sai. Pakhi pleads him repeatedly. Virat gets a call from London’s doctor who inform him that all the arrangments are made for Vinayak’s treatment and he should reach London with Vinayak as soon as possible.
Bhavani calls Ninad and asks him why didn’t he update her about Vinayak’s condition. Ninad says Vinayak’s condition is stable now after a talented doctor’s treatment. Bhavani asks who is that doctor. Ninad says Ashwini will explain. Vinayak questions Pakhi if doctor aunty had really come here or he was dreaming. Doctor enters and gives him sedative and he falls asleep taking Savi and Sai’s names. Sai buys tickets back for Kankavli thinking she will not compromise on Savi’s future and recalls buying Gadchiroli tickets 5 years ago.
