Sai tells Pratap that she can undersand his pain. Pratap says she can’t. Sai says he doens’t know about her pain, even she used to love someone and married him, but situation separated them and he married someone else; she never thought of harming him; they shouldn’t regret if they don’t get their love. Pratap says her tears express her pain. Sai says he was trying to harm himself and others to get rid off his pain, he should forgive Ruhi and made her a beautiful memory. Pratap thanks her.
Police takes him away. Sai hugs her children and Virat. Virat tells her that they saved their children, their Vinu. Sai asks what does he mean their Vinu. Virat says he means.. Just then, he gets Pulkit’s call who informs that Pakhi’s condition is critical after her internal stitches broke down and she is in the ICU. Sai asks Virat what was he talking about Vinayak. Virat leaves saying Pakhi’s condition is critical and he needs to visit hospital.
Sahiba packs her bags and tells Sai that 2 days passed on so soon. Sai gets emotional and says Sahiba that she shared her emotional pain with her and felt as if they are sisters. Sahiba says even she felt same and says when Sai was hugging Virat and her children, she felt as if Sai and Virat are still husband and wife. Sai says usually eyes see something and reality would be something else. A gurdwara procession passes by. They both pray.
Sahiba says a kind of mother she is, she doesn’t deserve separation from her children; she must have faced taunts and humiliation from her in-laws after losing her son, she is a kind person and wouldn’t have done anything wrong; just like she escaped from accident, even her son must have escaped and with god’s grace she may get back her son. Procession leaves. Sahiba says she will go now as her train time is nearing. She requests her to hand over a few paintings to orphanage. Sai asks which orphanage. Sahiba says Bal orphanage. Sai hugs Sahiba and asks her to take care. Sahiba sys you too and leaves.
Sai returns to her sleeping children and pampers Vinu recalling Sahiba telling she felt they all 4 were looking like a family. She thinks they are a separated family. Pulkit calls Sai and informs her that Pakhi’s condition is still critical and needs her help right now. Sai reaches hospital, informs Virat that kids are fine and sleeping, and asks about Pakhi’s condition. Ashwini describes the whole incident happened.
Sai says Pakhi shouldn’t have come out when she hadn’t recovered completely. Pulkit walks to her and informs that Pakhi is having severe infection and needs reoperation. Sai asks how did the infection spread. Pulkit says Pakhi didn’t take her medicines properly and hence infection couldn’t be controlled, he called Sai here as she had performed Pakhi’s surgery and knows well about her case and hence he wants Sai to help him in performing Pakhi’s surgery. Sai agrees.
Pulkit and Sai perform Pakhi’s surgery. Sai asks if he is sure he wants to do that. Pulkit says they have to do that if they want to save Pakhi’s life, but he will take family’s permission before that. He walks out and informs Virat that he had warned him to take good care of Pakhi, but since he couldn’t and infection spread in her womb, they need to remove her uterus. Bhavani overhears them and asks how can he remove Pakhi’s uterus when she hasn’t given Chavan family’s heir yet. Pulkit says they will lose Pakhi else.
Bhavani in her usual arrogant tone asks why did he let Sai perform Pakhi’s surgery while she and Virat refused her permission last time. Pulkit says only Sai knows Pakhi’s condition well and is the most competent doctor. Bhavani alleges Sai of purposefully harming Pakhi last time. Sai asks why would she do so. Bhavani says Sai doesn’t want Pakhi and Virat’s baby in the world and Chavan family get its heir.
Sai says because of her obsession for heir, she risked Pakhi’s life and sent her to honeymoon immediately after surgery. Bhavani shouts she is accusing her. Virat asks them to stop fighting, he will do anything to save his wife, and permits Pulkit to remove Pakhi’s uterus.
Precap : Sai comforts Virat and says he, Pakhi, and Vinu are a family and there is no room for a 4th person. Virat tries to reveal that Vinu is her son when Bhavani walks in and accuses Sai of not letting Chavan family gets its heir. Virat says their Vinu is alive.
