Katha Ankahee 6th July 2023 Written Episode Update
Viaan drops Katha home, tells that the dance event rehearsal really cheered Teeji. The dance practice is great stress buster for her after the anxiety attack. He keeps asking her to have fun. Katha wants to tell Viaan something. She reminds about the topic she needed clarity on but before than she wants Viaan to remember that he travelled a long distance, no matter what happens he will not look back. Viaan questions, asks if he should be scared. Its not easy for Katha to tell neither is would be easy for Viaan to hear but she can not keep it from him.
Katha talks about Vanya, she wanted to know he reason of desperation to work with Viaan, he went to Ehsan for recommendation to work under Viaan. He is unable to understand. Katha tells that Vanya is Seema Datta’s daughter. Viaan keeps questioning, it was a hard pill for him to swallow. Tells that Vanya shared her family stories with him, recalls her resume and that the D stands for Datta. Viaan has questions, why Vanya lied about herself, why joined EarthCon, since Seema Datta moved on in her life, refused to recognize Viraj than why send Vanya to his office.
Katha tells that Seema visited the office to meet Viaan, she was in a different zone, but Katha took her outside. Viaan is confused because when to went to meet Seema, she didn’t recognize him or Viraj. He is struggling to understand, if Vanya knows about their past and family history than why she joined EarthCon. Katha thinks that she has some agenda, Vanya did her research on Viaan and EarthCon. Katha confronted Vanya about it. Vanya has no relation with Viaan, Viraj is dead. Katha recalls the legacy; they heard Vanya talk about it. Viaan questions, the legacy was made by his and Ehsan’s father.
Vanya can not attach herself to EarthCon’s legacy just because Seema worked here for few days or had an affair with Viraj. Katha insists Viaan to drink water and cool down. Viaan will fire Vanya, he doesn’t want anything like this on his life. Vanya can claim composition, can contest company’s decision, or claim money but refuse to let her create trauma in his and Teeji’s life. Katha recalls Vanya telling that she knows half-truth. Katha advises Viaan to talk to Vanya first, he deserves an explanation and Vanya should get the right to share her side of story.
Viaan remembers that Vanya wanted to talk something personal with him. Katha requested him to take this one last step to get the closure he needs. She asks Viaan if he trusts her. He trusts her more than his life. He agrees to talk to Vanya, will do it now. Katha will accompany, he stops her, wants to face his past alone and doesn’t want it to effect Katha. He asks her not to worry, there is nothing worse left to happen. He returns the water bottle and leaves.
Vanya opens her door to Viaan standing in front of her. She invited him inside, wanted to tell him the truth. Viaan defies, she should have tired enough, could have told him in the first if not that in third meeting. She had all the time to speak the truth. Viaan mistook her confidence coming from her truth, but she was just hiding it. Vanya tried to explain. Viaan needs answers right now.
Katha prays for Viaan to not shatter after knowing the truth, she asks God to handle Viaan.
Vanya didn’t lie, she was waiting for the right time to tell the truth. It wasn’t easy for her to tell the whole truth at once so. Viaan questions. Vanya wanted to earn his trust by her work, than she would tell him everything. Viaan questions Vanya for not knowing their family history. The Viaan she knows came through years of struggle. He used to carry anger, frustration, and vengeance. Carried mountains of trust issues, despised women. His father abandoned him for Vanya’s mother. Vanya started crying. He taunted her for it, he saw his mother cry for years like this. Vanya’s mother destroyed a family for her own happiness.
A sound of thunderstorm woke Teeji from sleep, she asks house help about Viaan. He informed that Viaan hasn’t returned. Teeji called Viaan.
Vanya corrects Viaan, her mother was not at fault here. Viaan bursts in anger, he tried forgiving her, but she didn’t care. She didn’t even remember Viraj instead questions him about Viraj. Viaan wants to know if Seema doesn’t care enough to remember than why did she send her daughter to EarthCon.
Seema wakes up from sleep at sound of Viraj. Yash tries to clam her, tells that he will inform her when he comes back. Seema gets out of bed; she heard his office coming from outside.
Viaan wants answers. Vanya starts crying. Seema comes out, she hugs Viaan calling him Viraj. She asks him to promise to never leave her again. Vanya and Yash calm her down, they will talk to Viraj. Vanya ask Viaan to give her a minute. Viaan questions Vanya about it, tells that her mother has dementia.
Viaan considers it a lie. Vanya isn’t lying, Viaan can see it himself. Yash gives her medicine. Vanya tells that Seema forgets about her own daughter sometime, doctor told that she is in her last stage of dementia. It because of her illness that she didn’t recognize Viaan when he visited her.
PRECAP: Seema keeps calling Viaan Viraj. Vanya corrects her, tells that he is not her father. Katha keeps feeling anxious. Viaan meets an accident on his way back. Katha receives a calls and rushes to the hospital.
