Yeh Hai Chahatein: Kashvi Convinces Arjun; Marriage to Take Place!
Kashvi tells Arjun that he doesn’t have to suffer for Mahima’s mistake and can give a befitting reply to the criticizers. Arjun asks by marrying her. Kashvi says yes. Arjun asks how can she agree to marry him feeling pity on him and unable to see his pain, etc. Kashvi asks him to stop it as she knows he is strong and can face the world, but what about his parents and her wish to marry him. Arjun stands confused.
Kashvi says he wants to become civil service officer for his family’s sake as his ancestors and parents are civil service officers and he needs to make them feel proud. She reveals how her daadi was trying to commit suicide to save family’s dignity and asks if their love and wishes are bigger than their parent’s dignity. He asks if he shouldn’t think about her happiness.
Kashvi says she knows he loves Mahim and she is her bestfriend and cares for him, he should understand the situation. She finally says its good that Mahima eloped before marriage, what if she had eloped after mariage. Arjun cries asking why did Mahima betray him.
Kashvi hugs and comforts him and says she knows she is not his second choice, but will he marry her. He nods yes. She gets him ready back as a groom and walks down holding his hand.
Romila tells elders that neither Mahima nor Kashvi came after so much time, they shall inform everyone that the wedding is canceled. Arjun walks in and says wedding is not canceled. Nitya asks if he is fine. Arjun says yes. Kashvi says still the muhurath is on and both bride and groom are ready for marriage. Nitya asks if he is sure to marry Kashvi. Arjun says he understood what he should and is ready for marriage. Nitya hugs them both.
Kashvi says she will reach mandap soon and asks family not to reveal anyone whatever happened in this room. Romila asks what if Mahima returns. Nitya says they don’t care if Mahima returns as she can’t be Bajwa family DIL now. Romila says what will they answer people when they question why Kashvi has replaced Mahima.
Daadi says they will hide Kashvi’s face with veil, nobody can question after the wedding finishes. Jagdish says who cares even if people question them, they should go and check arrangements.
Daadi blesses Kashvi. Kashvi sends Arjun to mandap. Nayan and Sam hug Kashvi emotionally. Kashvi goes to change. Nayan tells Sam that sometimes children handle the situation well. Sam says Kashvi is sensible like Nayan who cares for family first, Kashvi sacrificed herself for the family and got Arjun ready for marriage, he is eager to inform everyone that Kashvi is his daughter.
Nayan says not now, they should make sure the wedding finishes without any issues. Taxi driver finds Mahima unconscious on road and wakes her up. Mahima asks how did she come here and recalls goons attacking her for her jewelry. She finds her jewelry missing and informs driver that goons stole her jewelry. Driver says he warned her not to walk on that street, but she didn’t listen to him.
He says he will take her to police station to file police complaint. Mahima insists to drop her home first. He agrees and gets her into car. She thinks she will somehow convince Arjun with her fake story and crocodile tears to marry her.
Precap: Romila tells family that neither Kashvi nor Mahima returned, they should inform everyone that the wedding is canceled. Arjun and Kashvi exchange garlands. Mahima returns and asks when she is a bride and standing here, whom Arjun is marrying.
