The Episode starts with Akshu rushing Aarohi to the hospital. She asks Aarohi to stay conscious. Abhi says OT is ready, come. Ruhi cries and shouts. Everyone prays for Aarohi. Aarohi says Ruhi… take care of her, Akshu. Akshu says don’t say this, she is strong like you, you will take care of her, you will get fine. Aarohi sees Neil and her pic on her cabin door and recalls him. She falls dead. Akshu and Abhi are shocked. They cry. Yeh Rishta…plays…
Manjiri and Manish come. Manish asks Akshu to stop crying, be positive, go and pray for Aarohi. Ruhi calls out Aarohi. She cries and says I promise, I will be a good girl, get up, please. Abhi hugs Ruhi and cries. Manish and everyone cry for Aarohi. Kairav asks how did you leave me and go, everyone is here. At home, Akshu sits crying. Abhi comes to her. She hugs him and cries.
