Imlie: Aparna Slaps Aditya !
Inebriated Aditya breaks his and Imlie’s photo frame and says its weak like their relationship. Aparna slaps him and says he was their family’s pride and it broke today; she should have slapped him when he brought Imlie as a servant or when he didn’t trust Imlie or when he let her leave their house, remembering the incidents, and says if she had slapped him that day, this photo would have been intact. She continues tongue lashing him and says Imlie is right and her son wrong, so she prays Devi maa to take Imlie on a path where she gets good people who trust and love her and she takes decisions for herself and not others. She walks away saying that. Malini tries to help Adi. Pankaj stops her and says they will manage. Malini thinks her plan worked and Adi hates Imlie now.
Imlie lying on her bed looks at Adi’s pics in her mobile and remembering their fight thinks until Malini is between them and with him, she will not return to him. Next morning, she gets ready for office and notices Narmada praying god. She further notices an insect on Arvind’s photo garland and trying to remove it pulls garland down. She tries to refix garland on photo and falls down. Aryan enters and refixes garland. Imlie apologizes him and says she was trying to shoo an insect away and dropped garland by mistake. He pulls her duppata, cleans photo with it, and says he looks at profit as a businessman, but when its about family, he doesn’t look at profits. She asks then what he looks at. He warns her to mind her own business without bothering him and his family and walks away wiping her forehead sweat with her dupatta. Narmada notices that and asks Imlie if she is fine. Arpita joins her and they both get angry on Aryan. Imlie says if Aryan was corrected by them in childhood, he wouldn’t have been so rude. Narmada says he was not rude before. Imlie continues her jokergiri and says they should learn to ignore him and hit him in his back whenever he does a mistake. Arpita says looks like she corrects many people. She says her babusaheb, then changes topic. They both request her to correct Aryan if she can. She agrees.
Imlie walks out of house and gets emotional seeing a bike, remembering Adi. Aryan stops his car in front of her and asks her to get in soon as he is getting late for office. She ignores him blabbering and walks. He brakes his car, and dirt splashes and falls on her feet. She picks his pocket square and cleaning her feet throws it away, continues her jokergiri and blabbering commenting his rash driving and says she can drive her village’s tractor better than him. He gets out of driver’s side and asks her to drive. She gets in and asks if he doesn’t love his life, she loves her life though. He asks her to just drive. She presses wrong buttons. He asks her to fix her seatbelt and drive. She starts driving.
Malini brings lime juice for Adi and doesn’t find him in his room. She asks Nishant, and he jokes on her and says he went to office. She asks how can Adi go to work in this condition. Rupali says its hangover and they know how to correct it, she should think of herself as Adi has his family to take care of him. She warns her to stop acting as Adi’s friends as they know she is trying to create misunderstanding between Adi and Imlie. Malini says she is overthinking and taunts her to have lime juice and cool her mind, leaving Rupali frustrated.
Imlie nervously drives car very slowly. A biker taunts if she driving a bullock cart. Imlie yells at Aryan that he lied its like a tractor, but its a closed box and she cannot see anything around, etc. He says if she needs to succeed in life, she needs to be confident and trust herself. She drives normally and gets happy that this car can drive faster than her tractor.
Precap: Adi notices Imlie driving Aryan’s car and says first she became friend, then driver, and then personal assistant. She says instead of praising her for driving a big car, he is criticizing her.
