Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin : Ishaa’s Care for Ishaan ; Threat to Savi !
In this episode, the tensions between Surekha and Isha continue to rise. Surekha confronts Isha about using the Bhosale surname despite no longer being a part of the Bhosale family. Isha explains that she still faces questions about her surname from people and feels obligated to answer them. Surekha tries to brush off the issue and offers lunch to Isha, but Isha refuses, stating that committee members are not allowed to accept anything from management during the investigation.
She insists on eating with Savi, who has already brought lunch. Surekha feels hurt and questions if Isha values her love, to which Isha responds that she always had to pay a price for the love she received. Isha asks Surekha to let go of old grudges, but Surekha believes Isha hasn’t changed over the years. The situation is diffused when Savi offers water to Isha and Isha thanks her, prompting Surekha to leave.
Meanwhile, Yashwant and Nishi discuss Isha’s attitude, while Ishaan questions Surekha about why she went to serve lunch to Isha. Surekha explains that she did it out of love as Isha is her sister-in-law, but Isha’s attitude leads to her being insulted and ousted from the cabin.
Later, Isha meets with Savi, who expresses how much Shika and Asmita miss her. Their conversation is interrupted by Ishaan, who rudely gives Isha some files. Savi chastises him for his behavior, but Isha intervenes and sends Savi away.
Meanwhile, Mandar confides in Vinu about Isha’s smartness and expresses his belief that she is afraid of him. Vinu suggests they take action against Isha and Mandar plans to hire a goon to teach her a lesson.
Isha and Ishaan discuss the files, but their conversation is interrupted by Shukla, who brings Mango Mastani. Isha pays for it, stating that she cannot accept anything from management. They share the treat, and Isha brings up the need for more cultural events as per the guidelines.
Surekha suggests using Savi as a shield to escape Isha’s actions, and Yashwant asks Nishi to gather information about Savi. Savi is approached by Kinjal and Navya to go to the canteen, and on her way, she overhears Shukla talking on the phone. She learns that he needs money for his mother’s hospital admission and offers to help.
As Isha appreciates Ishaan’s honesty, he gives credit to Surekha. However, when he drops Isha’s bag, he sees their photo and becomes emotional. Ishaan is about to leave when Savi enters and accidentally hits his head. Isha tends to him, but he stops her and abruptly leaves.
Savi excitedly tells Isha that she has secured a room in the hostel due to her scholarship being invoked. Isha senses something is wrong and advises Savi not to move into the hostel just yet. Savi agrees but questions why. Isha expresses her concern.
The episode ends with a preview showing Isha warning Ishaan over the phone, stating that if anything happens to Savi, she won’t spare them. The preview also hints at a goon chasing Savi with a gun in a crowded area. Savi runs into Isha and confirms she’s alright but seems hesitant to reveal something about Ishaan in his presence. The goon then shoots at Savi.
