Yeh Hai Chahatein : Mahima Kills Simran !

The episode begins with Arjun offering to drop Kaashvi at her home and telling her to rest. Kaashvi agrees and Arjun puts his jacket on her. However, she slips and he catches her, leading to a romantic moment between them with the song “Tu hai” playing in the background. Just then, Aditya arrives and honks his car horn to get their attention, bringing them back to reality. They stand up straight.

Aditya asks Kaashvi if she’s okay, and she replies that she’s worried because their plans didn’t go as expected. Aditya tells her that’s just how life is. He takes off Arjun’s jacket and gives it back to him, saying that Kaashvi doesn’t need it and she’s used to using her own things.

Arjun informs Aditya that Kaashvi is feeling cold. Aditya then tells Arjun that he has Kaashvi’s shawl in his car and puts it on her. He asks her about Simran’s condition, and Kaashvi tells him everything. Aditya says that Micky will be heartbroken.

He informs her that he will be going to Delhi for an important meeting the following day, and he takes her with him.

The next day, Mahima lies to Arjun, claiming that she has a stomach ache. She asks him to drop their son, Karun, off at school. Arjun complies and takes Karun to school. Meanwhile, Mahima plots to get rid of Simran. Romila reassures Mahima that she is perfectly fine, but Mahima sarcastically taunts her before leaving.

After some time, Mahima arrives at the hospital with her face covered and disguised as a nurse. She wears a mask and goes to Simran’s room, deceiving the police officers by claiming that she needs to give medicine to Simran. She enters the room and confronts Simran, blaming her for her current condition. Mahima then removes Simran’s oxygen mask and attempts to inject her with poison.

Kaashvi asks the police officers if everything is alright. Just then, another nurse arrives. The police officer informs them that another nurse had already entered Simran’s room. Kaashvi rushes into the room and demands that Mahima stop her evil deed.

Mahima believes she can’t be caught and hastily flees the scene. Kaashvi and the police officers pursue Mahima, but she manages to evade them.

Kaashvi ponders who would want to harm Simran and queries the nurse about her condition. The nurse assures Kaashvi that Simran is doing well. Frustrated with the police officers, Kaashvi scolds them. At that moment, Arjun arrives and learns about the situation. He wonders who could have targeted Simran since Geetika and Harman are already in jail. Arjun suggests they lie in the upcoming press conference, stating that Simran is in good health. Kaashvi disagrees, convinced that the attacker will strike again.

Meanwhile, Mahima decides to send someone to the hospital to finish off Simran. Kaashvi and Arjun hide in a nearby cupboard. In the process, Arjun accidentally gets his sweater caught on Kaashvi’s earrings. As he tries to free them, he unintentionally touches her ear, creating a romantic moment (with the title song playing in the background).

Summary – Kaashvi discovers that her baby is alive and confides in Dadi. Romila is informed by Mahima that Kaashvi will never be able to locate her child under any circumstances.
