The episode commences with Palki expressing her concerns to Rajveer about his upcoming meeting and her intrusion with her trivial issues. Rajveer assures her that she is his responsibility and he is committed to her well-being. Their conversation is punctuated by a moment of shared gaze. Palki warns him about Anshuman’s cunning nature, and Rajveer appreciates her concern. She then questions him about Karan’s self-harm incident.
Rajveer explains that he, like any other human, is prone to mistakes. He admits his anger got the better of him that day and he needs to learn anger management. He confesses his lack of trust in Karan led to Karan’s drastic action. Palki reminds him that no one is entirely right or wrong. She expresses her gratitude for his presence in her life. As they gaze at the moon, she contemplates leaving, but he requests her to stay a bit longer.
Simultaneously, Karan instructs Preeta to occupy the front seat while Nidhi takes the driver’s seat. After ensuring Preeta’s safety with a seat belt, they depart. Upon reaching Preeta’s house, Karan exhibits gentlemanly behavior by opening the door for her. Nidhi compliments Karan’s chivalry, causing Preeta to enter her house. Karan queries Nidhi about her actions, and she explains that while he harbors feelings for Preeta, he is perceived as Shaurya’s father by her. She asserts that she has done everything in her power to protect Preeta before expressing her fatigue. They then depart.
Later, Preeta finds herself reminiscing about her time with Karan and wonders why he occupies her thoughts. She decides to confront Karan. At the Luthra house, Nidhi advises Karan to maintain distance from Preeta to avoid endangering her. Karan assures her that his interactions with Preeta are casual and he isn’t trying to trigger her past memories. He confidently states that he is prepared to answer any questions Preeta might have. Nidhi then leaves.
The next day, Anshuman speculates that Rajveer’s fear of him is prompting his return.
Concurrently, Rajveer resolves to retaliate against Anshuman for his wrongdoings against the Luthras, as he identifies himself as a Luthra too. He pledges to ensure Anshuman’s imprisonment. After agreeing to meet Anshuman in a hotel room over a phone call, he informs Karan about the situation. Karan wishes him luck and promises to arrive at the hotel soon before ending the call.
Shanaya questions Palki about her frequent meetings with Shaurya, which Palki denies. Shanaya accuses Palki of attempting to tarnish her image in front of the Luthras. Palki counters by questioning Shanaya’s sudden suspicion, leading to Shanaya’s refusal to engage in further conversation.
Preeta urges Rajveer to thoroughly inspect the room. Karan suggests installing cameras and emphasizes the need for Anshuman’s confession. He encourages Rajveer to confront Anshuman physically, but Preeta advises against it.
