The episode springs to life with Bulbul inquiring about Veer’s gift, which turns out to be a kurta intended for Vani. Bulbul declines to wear it, but Vani is pleased. Veer requests Vani to wear it for an upcoming function. Sulakshana interjects, stating that Vani won’t be attending the function due to societal norms and expectations. Bulbul, recalling Varnika’s words, challenges this notion, arguing that both parties are equally at fault. Sulakshana remains firm in her stance, citing societal norms and the need to appease relatives.
Meanwhile, Avilash is on a call with his boss, discussing their foiled plan involving Riya, who is now in a coma. Avilash reveals he has a trump card up his sleeve and requests a reward. He contemplates how Veer will dance to his tunes once Bulbul meets him. Bulbul, on the other hand, is wrestling with the realization that Sulakshana is unfairly blaming the girl for everything.
Bulbul is determined to delete a certain picture from Avilash’s phone, but Varnika advises her against revealing the truth to Veer. Veer approaches Bulbul, noticing her distress. She complains about not receiving a gift from him. In response, Veer teases her with an empty box, before presenting her with a real gift. Overjoyed, Bulbul thanks him profusely, loses her balance, and falls into his arms. She expresses her delight at the anklets, questioning if she is special to him. Veer confirms her suspicions, and they share a close moment. Bulbul expresses her desire to wear the anklets, and Veer assists her. Bulbul dances around him in joy, declaring it the best gift.
The Veer family meets the Jyothi family, who praise the decorations. Varadha compliments the heavenly transformation of their house, and Sulakshana reveals she did the decorations alone. Bulbul is praised, but she credits the family for their help. She accidentally mentions Vani’s name, prompting Sulakshana to inquire about her kitchen chores. Jyothi commends Bulbul’s intelligence and her ability to manage college studies and household chores simultaneously. Kaveri brings up the college where Riya attempted suicide, but Sulakshana quickly diverts the topic. Kaveri secretly hands something to Drishti. Bulbul prepares halwa and asks Sulakshana to taste it.
Veer requests the police to check Riya’s call details and location, and to track Avilash’s location as well. Varnika fears getting caught. Kaveri creates a scene after finding onion peels in the halwa and blames Bulbul. Sulakshana defends Bulbul, stating that someone deliberately sabotaged the dish. Bulbul confronts Drishti about it, but Drishti accuses her of insulting her in front of her in-laws. Varadha questions Drishti’s offense, pointing out that she took credit for Bulbul’s cooking. Sulakshana is shocked to hear this, and Drishti manages to lie her way out of the situation. Jyothi complains to Sulakshana about Bulbul’s mistake, but Bulbul assures her that she will cook again promptly.
