Bhagya Lakshmi 13th May 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode commences with Lakshmi attempting to distance herself from Rishi. Rishi pleads with her for a conversation. Their argument is observed by a woman, who remarks to Rishi that wives often behave this way when they feel neglected. Lakshmi clarifies to the woman that she is not Rishi’s wife. Rishi questions Lakshmi about her statement, but the woman dismisses it as typical wife behavior. Upon spotting Parvati, Lakshmi departs.
Parvati notices Ayush on a call. She is upset that Ayush, who accompanied her shopping, is now ignoring her. She criticizes Ayush, who steps away to continue his call.
Parvati approaches Shalu in a giraffe costume and asks for her opinion. Parvati believes she looks fantastic. Rohan, donning a tiger costume, suggests that Parvati should have chosen a rabbit costume due to her short stature. Parvati retorts that Rohan should be a monkey, given his behavior. Rohan requests Shalu to fetch him some water, and she complies.
Shalu heads to a tea stall to buy a bottle of water, but some ruffians spot her and make inappropriate comments. Shalu retorts, but one of the ruffians touches her dupatta. Ayush intervenes, telling the ruffian that his action was inappropriate. A fight ensues between Ayush and the ruffians. When one of the ruffians tries to abduct Shalu, Ayush fights him off.
Lakshmi enters the dressing room, attempting to avoid Rishi, but he follows her in and shuts the door. Lakshmi questions Rishi’s actions. Rishi makes a comment about Lakshmi, then stops her and apologizes for hurting her. Lakshmi cries on Rishi’s chest, but pulls away, thinking of Malishka.
Shalu embraces Ayush. Ayush questions how Shalu could let the incident happen, reminding her that the Shalu he knew didn’t need anyone’s help to defend herself. Anushka, who has been searching for Ayush, sees him arguing with Shalu and assumes he is defending her. Shalu tells Ayush she thought he was referring to the past, but Ayush clarifies he was speaking about the present. Shalu criticizes Ayush and leaves.
Rishi apologizes to Lakshmi for his harsh words. Lakshmi asks Rishi if that’s all he did wrong. She brings up Malishka, and Rishi questions why Malishka is involved in their situation. Malishka overhears Rishi’s phone ringing in the dressing room and tells Rishi she is right outside. Parvati asks Malishka if she has seen Lakshmi. Realizing that Lakshmi hasn’t left the shopping mall, Malishka doesn’t open the door, fearing that if Parvati calls her “mom” in front of Rishi, he will discover she is Parvati’s mother.
Anushka thanks Ayush for defending her in the argument with Shalu. She then departs.
Parvati goes in search of Lakshmi, while Malishka looks for Parvati. Rishi asks Lakshmi to decide if she wants to talk to him. Lakshmi insists she doesn’t want him. Rishi asserts he won’t accept words that aren’t heartfelt. Lakshmi assures him her words are sincere.
