Yeh Hai Chahatein 24th May : Attempt on Aditya’s Life !

The episode opens with Kaashvi seeking Aditya’s forgiveness for doubting him. The following day, Rimi plans to flee the city. She hitches a ride from a taxi driver, threatening him with a knife to drop her outside the city. As she notices the police on her trail, she attempts to hide but is caught due to a sneeze. The police inspector orders his constables to take Rimi to the station and informs Kaashvi of Rimi’s arrest.

Later, Kaashvi confronts Rimi, stating that no one can evade the law. She questions Rimi about her flight from the market. Rimi reveals that she came to meet Shanti, explaining that they were born in the same village. She discloses that Shanti blames Kaashvi and Arjun for the loss of her husband and unborn child and seeks revenge. This revelation shocks Kaashvi and Arjun. Rimi further reveals that Shanti instructed her to frame Jagadish as he began suspecting Shanti. Kaashvi and Arjun realize that Jagadish was right. Rimi explains Shanti’s numerous attempts to kill Karun and her plan to separate Arjun and Kaashvi due to Kaashvi’s hiring of personal detectives.

In another scene, Jagadish gives a toy to Karun, who rebukes him for lying about Mahima. He accuses Jagadish, Kaashvi, and Arjun of wrongdoing and reveals his knowledge of Kaashvi being Arjun’s ex-wife.

Rimi discloses that it was Shanti who tampered with Arjun’s answer sheet and hid evidence in Aditya’s outhouse to make Kaashvi suspect Aditya. Kaashvi informs the police inspector that they have taken Rimi’s statement.

Jagadish calls Arjun home and informs him that Mahima has told Karun about his marriage to Kaashvi. Upon Arjun’s arrival with Kaashvi, Karun accuses Arjun of lying and instigating him against Mahima. Jagadish suggests they discuss the matter, but Karun labels them as liars and refuses to see them. An angry Arjun slaps Karun, who retorts that he only needs Mahima and storms off.

Meanwhile, Shanti confronts Aditya, accusing him of fabricating evidence against her. She attempts to stab him, but Aditya restrains her. He mocks her for her murder attempt and reveals his lie about his coma. He teases her with the prospect of revealing how he framed her.

In the next episode, Arjun scolds Kaashvi.
