Yeh Hai Chahatein 22nd May : Kaashvi Gets First Clue Against Shanti !
The episode kicks off with Shanti asserting that she anticipated Romila and Mahima accusing her of theft. Mahima accuses Shanti of stealing the necklace and feigning innocence, a sentiment echoed by Romila who threatens to involve the police. Unfazed, Shanti encourages them to do so, revealing that she has evidence to support her innocence. She presents a video showing Romila and Mahima hiding the necklace under Shanti’s bed, recalling how she managed to record the incident.
Arjun reprimands Romila and Mahima, declaring his intention to divorce Mahima. He demands that Mahima apologize to Shanti. Shanti announces her decision to quit her job, prompting an apology from Arjun on Mahima’s behalf. Shanti expresses her concern about potential future schemes against her. Jagadish suggests that Shanti should leave if she feels uncomfortable, admitting his lack of trust in her regarding Karun’s matter. Seeing an opportunity, Shanti visits Kaashvi’s house and shares her story, offering to work and care for Aditya and Kaashvi. Kaashvi invites Shanti to freshen up, while Shanti contemplates finding the evidence Aditya holds against her.
Romila advises Mahima to devise a plan to win over Arjun and Karun’s hearts. Mahima reveals that she already has a plan in motion. Isha delivers a parcel to Mahima and departs. Curious, Romila inquires about the contents of the parcel. Mahima reveals her plan to infest her bed with bed bugs, forcing her to share Arjun’s bed.
Later, Mahima’s screams of pain attract everyone’s attention. She shows them the bed bugs, declaring her inability to stay in the infested room. She proposes to Arjun that she should stay in his room. Karun objects, leading Arjun to suggest that Mahima can sleep in his room for the night due to Karun’s discomfort. He assures Karun that they will sleep in Jagadish’s room and promises to call pest control the following day before leaving. Romila points out to Mahima that her plan has backfired.
The next day, Shanti sends the Nurse to the kitchen while she searches for evidence against her but finds nothing. The Nurse returns. Later, Shanti heads to the market, followed by Kaashvi who intends to assist her. Kaashvi is taken aback upon seeing Shanti with Rimi. Rimi embraces Shanti, questioning why Shanti summoned her there. Shanti denies calling Rimi, leading to Kaashvi confronting them. Rimi flees, and Kaashvi questions Shanti about her relationship with Rimi. Shanti denies knowing Rimi, prompting Kaashvi to accuse her of lying. Shanti maintains her innocence, leaving Kaashvi suspicious. Kaashvi feigns trust in Shanti, resolving to uncover the truth about Shanti’s connection with Rimi.
